Restaurants, users, and contributors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit any photos, videos, logos, menus, text, or other content to omomoom.

By submitting content, you allow omomoom to display, crop, resize, edit, and use that content on the website, social media, and related promotional materials.

omomoom may display content provided by restaurants, users, licensors, and other sources. If you believe content on omomoom infringes your rights or should be removed or corrected, contact us at hello@omomoom.com with the page link, a description of the material, and information showing your connection to it. We may remove or temporarily hide content while we review the request.

Restaurant information, hours, menus, prices, availability, and other details may change. Please confirm important information directly with the restaurant.

Reviews and opinions are those of their authors. omomoom may edit, moderate, label, or remove content that is false, abusive, misleading, unlawful, spam, or violates another person’s rights.

A paid restaurant membership does not guarantee favorable reviews, rankings, editorial coverage, traffic, sales, or removal of legitimate criticism.

Restaurant Membership is $49 per month, billed automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime by contacting hello@omomoom.com or through your account, if available. Cancellation stops future charges. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a verified billing error.
